Christmas Island Hosted Trip with Jim Andras- Come join the fun.

Christmas Island, The Villages 2015 Fishing Package Dates: February 2-9, 2015 $2390.00 per person based on double occupancy for 7 Nights / 6 Days Please see detailed itinerary. Packages include: Transfer between Christmas island airport and resort, meals, accommodations, double occupancy basis, daily guided fishing, skiff/motor or pick up to fishing as needed. Not included: Any airfare (flight from Honolulu to/from Xmas is currently $970), fishing license, departure tax, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, tips to guides and resort staff, and any other items that are personal in nature.
The Schedule: February 1st, 2015: Arrive Honolulu and overnight at your elected hotel (not included). Tuesday, February 2nd: Fiji Air, the airline of Fiji, flies every Tuesday between Honolulu and Christmas Island. You cross the date line, so you leave on Tuesday, arrive 3 hrs later it’s Wednesday, you come back Wednesday and 3 hrs when you land in Honolulu it is Tuesday. The flight leaves Honolulu at 12:00 noon. You need to check in at 9:00AM for the international flight. The weight limit is 50lbs per angler plus a carry on. Group should consolidate long conventional rods in as few tubes as possible. An extra bag is charged $120.00. On arrival to Christmas Island, you will clear Customs and The Villages staff will be there to meet you and transfer you to the lodge. Once the guests arrive at the lodge, unpack and settle-in, they will be briefed about the weeks fishing program with the guides on hand. It is necessary to have a Passport that is valid for 6 months from your date of arrival to Christmas Island. U.S. and Canadian citizens no longer need a tourist visa to visit the Island. February 3-8th: Six full days of guided fishing for bonefish and trevally. February 9th: Coming back you leave the island at 7:00AM and arrive back at approx. 10:30AM. Do not plan connections without at least a 3 - 4 hour layover as sometimes the flight is a little late and if the Honolulu airport is busy, Customs, Agriculture and Immigration can take a while.
